Who we are

BizFirst (“we”) is a platform operated by KONV that lets real-estate agents send approved WhatsApp template messages to their own opted-in clients, from the agent’s own WhatsApp Business number, via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.

What we process

• Agent account details and the WhatsApp Business Account / phone number you connect.
• Recipient details an agent uploads (name and phone number) for the sole purpose of sending that agent’s messages.
• Message delivery status and opt-out (“Stop messages”) signals.

How we use it

Only to operate the service: to send the agent’s approved templates to their consented recipients, suppress opt-outs, and report delivery. We do not sell personal data and do not message recipients for our own purposes.

Sharing

Messages are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta’s terms and privacy policy. We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the service.

Opt-out & your rights

Recipients can opt out anytime via the “Stop messages” button; we honour it immediately. To access or delete data, contact us below.
